Why a proper booking process matters
Walk-in culture is part of life in Nakuru, but a confirmed appointment means you do not wait around and we do not overbook. When you schedule with Shorejournalq, we reserve a specific team member for your slot, review any details you share in advance, and arrive prepared rather than improvising on arrival. For repeat clients we store preferences and past notes so each subsequent visit starts from where the last one ended — saving everyone time. We confirm every booking by phone or message within two hours of your request, and we send a reminder the morning before so the appointment stays on your radar.
What the booking process looks like
Four steps from enquiry to confirmed slot.
1. You reach out
Call, WhatsApp, or use our contact form. Tell us what you need and your preferred days. We do not require detailed descriptions at this stage — a rough idea is enough to get started.
2. We confirm within 2 hrs
A team member reviews availability and proposes two or three options. You pick what works; we lock it in and send a written confirmation to your number or email.
3. Prep and arrival
Before the appointment, we review your notes and bring the right tools or materials. We aim to arrive within a 15-minute window of the agreed time — and message you if traffic causes a delay.
4. Follow-up check
Within 48 hours of your appointment, we send a brief message to confirm everything is still working as expected. If anything needs a second pass, we arrange it at no additional call-out cost.
