Common questions about our services
Do you work outside Nakuru town?
We cover Nakuru town and the immediate surrounding areas, including Milimani, Shabab, and Barnabas estates, as well as business districts along Kenyatta Avenue and Oginga Odinga Road. For locations further out — such as Naivasha or Eldama Ravine — we assess on a case-by-case basis and apply a modest travel supplement.
How do you handle unexpected complications mid-job?
We stop, photograph the issue, and contact you before continuing. You decide whether to proceed, adjust scope, or pause the job. We never charge for work you have not approved, and we put any scope change in writing before picking up tools again.
Can I get a regular maintenance schedule?
Yes. Several clients have monthly or quarterly standing arrangements with us. We issue a schedule at the start of each period, remind you a week before each visit, and send a written summary after. It works particularly well for rental properties and small business premises.
What payment methods do you accept?
We accept M-Pesa, bank transfer, and cash on completion. We issue a receipt for every transaction. For standing arrangements, we invoice monthly at the end of the billing cycle.
